Law Enforcement Request Guidelines
These guidelines are provided for law enforcement and government officials seeking account records or data preservation from GF Hearts (gfhearts.com). All requests must comply with applicable data protection laws, the Stored Communications Act (SCA, 18 U.S.C. § 2701 et seq.), and international legal frameworks where applicable.
1. Information Required to Identify an Account
To process any legal request or inquiry, law enforcement must provide at least one of the following primary identifiers:
- Registered Email Address: Exact email associated with the GF Hearts account.
- Account Username / Profile URL: The direct profile link or username (e.g.,
(https://gfhearts.com/members/[username]/). - Visual Screenshots: Clear screenshots of the user profile showing display name, age, bio text, photos, and approximate location (used when primary identifiers are unknown).
Note: Names alone or general location data are insufficient to locate user accounts.
2. Legal Process Requirements for User Data
Data requests are evaluated based on the type of information requested and the statutory threshold provided:
Subpoena (or Equivalent Order)
Required for Basic Subscriber Information:
- Account registration date and time
- Name provided at sign-up
- Registered email address and verified phone number
- Account sign-up IP address and most recent login IP address
- Payment/billing details (e.g., city, postal code, subscription status, last 4 digits of card if applicable)
Court Order (18 U.S.C. § 2703(d) or Equivalent)
Required for Non-Content Transactional Records:
- Historical connection and login logs (with timestamps and IP addresses)
- User match history (list of accounts matched, match timestamps)
- App interaction metadata (e.g., swipe activity, “likes”, unmatches, block/report logs)
- Device metadata and location history logs
Search Warrant (Probable Cause)
Required for Stored Content Records:
- Private message content between users
- User-uploaded photos, videos, and audio notes
- Profile prompts, answers, and bio history
- Safety reports, complaints, or moderation records containing user statements
3. Preservation Requests (18 U.S.C. § 2703(f))
Law enforcement may request the temporary preservation of GF Hearts account records pending the issuance of a formal search warrant or court order.
- Duration: Preserved records will be held for 90 days. A single 90-day extension may be granted upon receipt of an official renewal request prior to expiration.
- Submission Details: Preservation requests must be addressed to GF Hearts LLC, submitted on official agency letterhead, and include the requesting officer’s name, title, official contact details, and specific user identifiers (

4. Emergency / Exigent Circumstances
Requests involving an imminent threat of death, serious physical injury, child safety, or human trafficking qualify for emergency handling.
- Submission Requirements: Submissions must include an Emergency Disclosure Request detailing:
- The nature of the emergency involving imminent death or serious physical harm.
- The identity of the person(s) at risk.
- The specific GF Hearts account information sought (
gfhearts.com/members/[username]/, email, or phone). - An explanation of why standard legal process cannot be obtained in time.
- Turnaround Time: Validated emergency requests are prioritized for immediate review and response.
5. Child Safety & Human Exploitation
- NCMEC Reporting: In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, GF Hearts reports all instances of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline.
- Law Enforcement Access: Officers seeking NCMEC report references should include the NCMEC CyberTipline report number in their formal request.
6. How to Submit Requests
GF Hearts does not operate a dedicated law enforcement portal at this time. All legal requests must be addressed to GF Hearts LLC and submitted through official government channels. Submissions from personal email addresses (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) or without official letterhead will not be processed.

Mandatory Documentation Checklist
Every legal request must include:
- Formal addressee set to GF Hearts LLC.
- Official agency letterhead signed by the requesting officer, detective, or legal authority.
- Officer name, badge/ID number, rank, agency address, and official agency email/phone number.
- The specific statutory authority under which the request is made.
- Target account identifiers (phone, email, or

7. User Notification Policy
It is GF Hearts’ policy to notify account holders of legal requests for their data prior to disclosure, unless:
- Notification is prohibited by a valid court non-disclosure order issued under 18 U.S.C. § 2705(b) or equivalent legal authority.
- The request involves exigent circumstances, child safety matters, or an active threat to personal safety.
8. Records Authenticity & Custodian Testimony
- Certificate of Authenticity: Records produced will be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity under Federal Rules of Evidence 902(11) and 902(13) upon request.
- Live Testimony: GF Hearts LLC requests that law enforcement attempt to stipulate to authenticity using the provided certification. In-person or remote testimony by a records custodian requires a formal subpoena served with advance notice.
