C. Sexual Violence and Non-Consensual Content

• Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII), including “revenge porn,” deepfakes, or non-consensually taken explicit media.
• Images, videos, or descriptions depicting sexual assault, rape, domestic violence, or non-consensual sexual acts.
• Content that glorifies, promotes, or encourages sexual violence, coercion, or abuse.

D. Sexually Explicit Profile Content

• Uploading sexually explicit, pornographic, or anatomically graphic images or videos in public-facing profile areas (such as avatars, profile banners, display names, or public bios).
• Displaying explicit media in non-designated or non-age-gated areas of the platform.

E. Fraud, Scams, and Deceptive Activities

• Initiating or facilitating financial scams, phishing campaigns, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent solicitations intended to deceive or defraud end-users.
• Impersonating any person, business, or entity to misrepresent your identity or credentials for fraudulent gain.
• Misleading users into disclosing sensitive personal, financial, or authentication details (e.g., login credentials, social security numbers, banking details).

4. Enforcement and Violations

We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to monitor activity and content on the Website to ensure compliance with this Policy. In the event of a violation, we may take any of the following actions at our sole discretion:

2. Account Restrictions: Temporary or permanent suspension of user account features or entire accounts without prior notice.
