We’re currently accepting applications for site moderators! We encourage all of our members to report policy violations, illegal activity, etc., but to ensure a safe and cohesive community, we need community leaders to help us watch for these violations.
Expectations
- Care about protecting celiac and gluten-free members of our community from bad actors, spam, and harassment.
- Investigate member reports of malicious or illegal activity, which, depending on severity, may involve suspending members and contacting the reporter for more information.
- Proactively identify policy violations in posts, media, profiles, and comments using site administration tools as much as possible. We’re not expecting you to review pages and pages of content over hours or days, but we do expect you to proactively review recent site activity.
- Review the activity of members who have subscribed to our GF Dating tier for malicious, innappropriate or illegal activity.
- Escalate reports to an admin when a violation is serious enough, especially if the activity or content is illegal, so we can take it further and report it to law enforcement.

We offer free membership to all site moderators! Including all Basic and GF Dating features.
Our community is restricted to paid users only, so we’re not asking to review the activity of just everyone and anyone, only paid subscribers. We have spam protections in place and a moderation system for reporting, suspending and blocking users (by IP adress if necessary). However, we still need to protect members from other members with malicious intentions.
Application
We’re not currently offering employment or compensation, but we expect only a relatively part-time investment. We’re willing to work with you on a flexible schedule for reviewing site reports, profiles, activity, etc.
If you’re already logged in, your basic info, like name and email, will already be included; all we need is your phone number to more easily contact you and a basic description of why you’d like to moderate for us and your past moderation experience.
