In a smaller bowl stir together, sugar, yeast and water and sit aside until bubbles form- In a mixing bowl, (helps if you have a counter mixer) mix flour, xanthan gum (if flour does not contain it), psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt
- Add the yeast mix to the flour and blend on medium for 4 minutes- scrape sides as needed until ball dough forms
- Once ball dough is formed, put in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with a towel. This should set for about 30 minutes until the dough rises. Can heat oven to 110 degrees F and then turn off the oven, put the towel covered bowl in the warmed oven to rise quicker
- Oil the baking sheet or pizza stoneware and roll dough out in the desired shape. Or make into smaller pizza for party decorating or personal pizzas.
- Set oven to 425 degrees F and bake crust for 15 minutes until golden.
- Remove from oven and add your favorite pizza toppings and bake another 10-15 minutes until done.
- Cool slightly before eating to prevent mouth burns by eating too soon.
