Mind, Body, and Soul Healing Lesson 9

Once you get to the deeper concepts of how much you have been hurt, and continued to be hurt. And then understand how much you’ve hurt yourself in the process by abandoning your own needs, you come to the next lesson.

It’s no wonder!

We blame ourselves so much for our behaviors and habits. Why we get scared, why we run, why we fight. If we are overweight from emotional eating, if we can’t sleep at night. All of it becomes clear in light of the vast trauma that is being exposed in this journey and it’s no wonder why you act like that. How could you expect any different?

Your Assignment:

It’s no wonder!

This is the release time. The letting go of thinking there is something wrong with you. Just take a deep breath and allow yourself to grieve. You as child, or teen, or even adult, have suffered for whatever reason, whatever circumstance that applies to you. And most of your current personality and behaviors might just be the result. It’s no wonder! Let this flow out of you and give yourself some grace for a change.

My Writings:

It’s no wonder I can’t figure myself out when every answer leads to more questions. I’m so curious all the time. Wondering why. What is the motivation? What will be the outcome? Can we truly predict it? Are there any patterns? When I look at the things I’ve gone through in my life, I want answers. But the bigger picture of society comes to mind.

There are three choices of any opportunity: Indifference, Insanity, or wisdom.

Three determining factors: Experience, perspective, and motivation.

Three possible outcomes: Positive, negative, and neutral.

Three resilience factors: Trauma, perseverance, or disassociation.

These mix and match throughout our lifetimes causing unpredictability. The same people in the same situation do not have the same experiences. We don’t even have the same experiences within ourselves from day-to-day. The combinations and variety could be endless. When we interact with each other we increase the unpredictability exponentially. And often, the only clarity is found in hindsight, when what is done is done.

Regret, guilt, and shame can then influence future outcomes due to past mistakes. Leading to a perpetual downfall without merit in reality. This becomes what is known as a trauma response, dressed up in indifference or insanity.

The only logical response or choice to lead to the best outcome is wisdom. But to gain wisdom, you must be able to stand outside of your experiences and see them objectively, removing the blinders and learning from the truth of the situation, choice, and outcome. Accepting the consequences, severing defensive responses, and embracing the bigger picture.

Wisdom, however, cam also be maddening. Wise people tend to isolate and reflect on loop logic. The damned if you do and damned if you don’t outcomes. The “what does it all mean” conclusions with no answer.

There is little wisdom in this world by evidence of so few displaying it and idolizing those who have it as gurus. So applying wisdom to insanity is futile. A chasing after the wind (I’m understanding King Solomon’s thought process)

What good does it do to analyze the insanity of this world and establish predictability? Wouldn’t that lead to manipulation? If you understand insanity you can influence the outcome of others.

Mass fear campaigns can cause a certain predictable reaction, which can be manipulated to a certain outcome. Its done all the time in different ways, on different levels, by different people, leading sheep to the slaughter.

To manipulate, a good vs evil must be established. Some type of perceived injustice. And only a certain amount of people need to be influenced, because a little yeast will infect the whole batch (the Bible talks about this) An imbalance must be created. We are designed to be balanced so we will seek, even violently, to regain balance. But in reality, we continue to add to the imbalance by doing so.

Still, gaining wisdom, which is freely given by God if you ask, is the better plan. But it’s not an easy plan. I suppose indifference and insanity would be easier due to the ignorance is bliss theory.
