All Purpose Flour Mix

This is a great gluten free flour that can substitute regular flour in a recipe. The best place I've found to buy these types of flours is an Asian market.

GF Meter: HighHigh Prep 10 min Serves 1

Ingredients

3 parts Brown Rice Flour
3 parts Corn Starch
2 parts of Soy or Sorghum Flour
1 part Masa Harina or Corn Flour

Example: if you use 3 cups of brown rice flour, use 3 cups of corn starch, 2 cups of soy or sorghum flour, and 1 cup of masa harina or corn flour.

Instructions

Sift all ingredients into a bowl and mix. Transfer into a sealed container and keep in a cool, dry place. Shake or mix when using due to settling. Use in place of flour in recipes. May need to add xanthan gum if required in the recipe.
